Intro to your Account

A quick walkthrough of your account page. What you can do from here.

Your account is divided into six main sections:

• Rewards

• Buddy List

• Identification

• Account Access

• Subscription Management

• Danger Zone

Rewards

You can quickly give your buddies a free year of Number Buddy as a thank you for being one of your buddies. Tap on their name to open a share sheet or preview a text message (depending on what device you are using).

Buddy List

You can add up to five buddies and change them whenever you like. Just tap the edit icon next to your buddy and change the name and number, tap Update when you are finished. You also have the option to remove a buddy - just tap the edit icon and then Remove.

Identification

This is how we know it is you when you call Number Buddy. We ask for your phone number and the PIN you created. If you change your number or want to change your PIN, just tap on the Edit icon.

Account Access

This is how you login to Number Buddy to manage buddies and your subscription. You can change the email address you use for this account. When you do we will send you an email to your old address confirming the change and a link to the new address to confirm that it is you. You can also reset your password. Again you will be sent instructions via email to reset it.

Subscription Management

We have partnered with Stripe to securely process your annual subscription. They store your card details and manage the charges. You can see how long you have remaining on your subscription, and can tap to update your details on Stripe.

Danger Zone

It's highly unlikely you'll ever need to venture down here 😢. If you do need to cancel your Number Buddy subscription and remove your details from our service, we've provided a big red button for you to do just that.
